Age: Thanks to time walking, has lived through the entire history of the universe twice. Sort of like Marvin, only she's not depressed about it.
Appearance: Decker looks like a teenage girl with white hair, devil horns, glowing purple eyes and silver feathers
Abilities: Flight via feathered cloak, time/dimension walking as an extraordinary ability, the ability to go ethereal, ripping holes in space/time, showing others the extent of all of time and space in an attempt to drive them as mad as herself.
